I started downloading a large game on Steam — the speed ramps up to my actual 500 Mbps, holds for a couple of seconds, and then drops to zero. After that, it goes up to 200 Mbps and drops back to zero constantly. At the same time, when I download something in Epic Games, everything is fine — stable 500 Mbps. So the issue seems to be with Steam: there are fluctuations and not all of my bandwidth is being used. I’ve already tried changing download regions — didn’t help. If anyone knows what might be causing this problem, I’d be glad to know.
