Most likely no. Currently Wasteland 3 is not part of that bundle since it was delisted.
If you buy it now its unlikely you get a copy later when it returns.
Honestly, just wait till the delisted games return after they fix the UNITY security problem.
It sucks because its on sale right now but the game is on sale very often, just grab it next time when its back to make sure.

Or just say "F it" and buy it and hope you get it later. At least its cheap and you have 2 weeks to refund.
