I want to clarify something important regarding the permanent game ban visible on my Steam profile. This ban was issued by PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (KRAFTON, Inc.) and is PUBG-specific only.

I have never used any cheats, hacks, macros, or unauthorized programs in PUBG or any other game. Despite this, my account was permanently banned, and PUBG Support has not provided any specific evidence. Every time I contacted them, I received the same automatic response stating that the ban cannot be reversed. They never explained what exactly triggered it.

Because of this, my Steam profile now shows a Game Ban that misleads other players into thinking I cheat in all games, which is completely unfair. I want to make it clear: this ban does not mean I am a cheater in other games, and it was beyond my control.
