It ain’t got no gas in it
Alright fellas my super computer only runs Skyrim and hentai trash games stable everything just crashes or is unplayable

Heaven benchmark extreme preset score 9880
But cs2 6fps

What could the problem be?
My parts and changes:

Thermaltake TOUGHLIQUID 420 EX Pro

Lian li EDGE1200W psu

Msi Meg ace z790 mobo, good pins, utd drivers and bios

Pny m280 XLR8 CS3140 2TB Gen4 nvme

G.skill Trident Z5 Royal 48gb x2 kit,
7200 running at 6800 gear 2 xmp enabled
(On msi’s qvl list for mobo)
Part no. F5-7200J3646F24GX2-TR5G


Fresh i9 14900k, oem socket, cores p 5.6mhz e 4.4mhz
kingpin paste

Msi vanguard rtx5070ti utd driver & physx

Is the monitor plugin cable at IGPU by mistake and not the rtx5070ti card.

Such is seen before then ppl have moved the PC, you could also run game as software rendering by mistake.

Check windows controll panel is Nvidia card the primary Main card.

And Bethesda own game has own launcher with graphic card settings.

All this should own game hub forum also could have replyed on,

Nvidia Driver APP, should also could fix some game they detected could set best optimized settings., this dont look like a driver not installed, only other is Nvidia is not main card selecet in the window controll panel with nvidia app.

( as you said no gas on it, means cpu or igpu card run the show.

i9 14900k, seem to have a Intel® UHD Graphics 770 ( so games that use windows system settings will run this as default GPU card. ( chnage it to main card )

other ways
turn off igpu card in windows device manager.

The crazy thing is you’re right, i disabled it in bios but windows was still using it somehow, now I don’t feel like I wasted my money building this thing, thanks
