Download stuck

I want to dowload rainbow six siege. There are two part of downloading. In part-1, after 32% its stuck. I have restarted my pc, reinstall steam but didn't change anything. Also this problem is happening in every I want to download. Last year i download game for last time on steam but that was smooth but this time it stucks.
Please give me solution of this problem as soon as possibe

If you are on Win7/Win 8.1:

As of May 21st, 2025, Valve has updated their compression algorithm to be more CPU and I/O efficient.
This change is not compatible with old clients that could still run on Windows 7 or 8.1 and future content changes will be made using this compression algorithm, resulting in a loss of access to downloads and updates.

As Valve has ended support for Windows 7 and 8.1 since January 1st, 2024, and therefore won't update their client for the use of Windows 7 and 8.1, your officially supported options are:
* Upgrade to Windows 10 (End of Life unless enrolled into ESU)
* Upgrade to Windows 11
* Install Linux Mint and play Windows only games using Proton (Note: Games that use a kernel level anti-cheat and/or use a third party launcher may fail to run)

How much free space do you have left?

You need at least 2 times the installation size because Steam does perform file backups before applying patches.
