Regarding in-game refunds

I spent quite a lot of money.
(Excluding purchased skins and others. i ask only the remaining pure data and perks.)
I've lost trust in the game, so I've asked for a refund for the remaining currency in a game I've used within the game, but it's not possible. Also, am I right to threaten to penalize my account if I keep asking?
They secretly deleted my No. 1 a solo ranking record from the game, but when I complained, they deleted it because it was illegal. So when I asked them to show me the proof, they said it was an inside secret, so I couldn't show it. So is it solid? I have never used an illegal program in my life. It they drives me hard, can't give me a refund, doesn't give me proof. What should I do? They hurt one clean gamer a lot.

Really what should I do?
The game is a Chinese free game.

Refunds on In-game Purchases

Steam will offer refund for in-game purchases within any Valve-developed games within forty-eight hours of purchase, so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred.

Third-party developers will have the option to enable refunds for in-game items on these terms. Steam will tell you at the time of purchase if the game developer has opted to offer refunds on the in-game item you are buying. Otherwise, in-game purchases in non-Valve games are not refundable through Steam.

Oh i see, I charged the currency, used it a little before that,
and requested a refund only for what's left. It's not possible to refund what's left, right?
I'm so sad I can't get a refund when I won't play anymore.
