A few months ago I lost my phone and now cant log in to my old email address without 2FA. I am still logged into steam luckily but I'm terrified of losing access and want to change my email and phone number. I follow prompts but it eventual ends at an error saying "This account recover session is not valid anymore, please try again".

I have many games after ~15 years and skins in Dota adding up to a ridiculous amount of time and money. Please help I'm just getting back into gaming as my son is getting older.
