i have an older pc (2014) long story short i dont really buy new games as have console as well. have fire pro wokred fine for years a few weeks back they had an update which doesnt effect me(dlc) but my steam is trying to download it. it doesnt work gets to 76% then either says download corrupted or unavailable. now the main problem is that i cannot even log into the game as it is trying to download the dlc.
i thought i had a workaround by going offline worked 2/10 times. please help me either bypass the need for this or help me download it its been weeks now.
