The usual applies:
It is 100% that someone else is on your account, can't happen otherwise.
Follow all these instructions, otherwise you can't be sure that no one is still on your account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
There are only 3 ways for others to get into your account:
1. You either got infected and had malware steal your active session, which means steam thinks it is your own doing. (Or you logged in on another infected machine)
2. You entered your login + Steam Guard code somewhere you were not supposed to. (Scanning the QR code to login does the same)
3. Someone else has/had physical access to your devices. (Or you forgot to logout after being in an internet café etc.)
You can't deny all 3 of these, it's impossible to get into your account otherwise.
Stolen wallet or items that way will not be refunded, as it is the users responsibility to make sure their accounts are safe.
There are Malwares that delete themselves after stealing your data though.
Would they not need to be on the steam app for over a week to actually make a big change like that? and let alone have no emails sent to me about any possible malicious activity or foreign logins or even a change of settings?
The trade was most likely set 2 weeks ago and you didn't notice until the items left your account. As the trade accepted date is from the date the trade went through after the 2 weeks wait.
Steam has no faulty system, we encounter people getting scammed one way or another here daily, tons of them claim to never have done anything wrong, but in the end they all did.
If the malware deleted itself after getting your data, it may seem like Steam has flaws, but that is simply not the case. If there was a flaw that would let others into your account, we'd see it on EVERY account, not just a few.
You get no notifications, as it thinks it is your own doing. That'd be like having it send you an email for every click you do in the shop "You looked at this game" "You changed your profile name!" "You uploaded a screenshot!" No. It sends you something for things that were done automatically, like selling stuff on the market, not trading.
There are no foreign logins to warn you about, as they steal your active session. Its as if I put my password in and handed you my device. You wouldn't get an email for handing your device over, as it doesn't know that it happened. Same thing.
Also if you have a 2 week wait for trades, you're not using Steamguard. Steamguard would need you to confirm every trade on your phone. Why wouldn't you use all safety measures, if you're blaming safety?
On the screenshot I can only see the 26th I can't see if you only now noticed that your items are gone, or if the trade was initiated 2 weeks prior to that date. It only shows when it went through and you don't get a notification for completed trades if you don't get items in return to show in your inventory. So you most likely wanted to use these Items now and only realized 4 days later.
Anyway, I have said everything. There is no point in discussing any further as you've been given all you need to know.
