My Old Phone is Bricked, and My Steam Guard is Lost, and Despite Giving Steam All of the Relevant Info, They've Closed My Ticket... Please Help
Pretty much what it says in the header. If I weren't already logged into this computer back from when I had my old phone before it randomly decided to stop working completely, I'd be completely out of luck. I can't seem to attach anything to this thread, but I have a PDF printout of the entire ticket. I provided all of the information I could, but the people who responded to my ticket were incredibly vague, and couldn't help me fully understand what they were looking for. Towards the end, they were demanding CD Keys, and yet I've never added a single CD Key to my account, ever.

Please help me.

EDIT: I was certain I had my E-Mail set up as an authenticator, too...Why can't I use that? Why is it forcing me to use the app version...? Also, I no longer have this bricked phone of mine, and there was no hope of resurrecting it in the first place.

Thank you. I'd like to be able to do that, but sadly, I have no idea where it is, and like I said, my old phone is bricked, and gone. I have no way of accessing my Steam Guard.

So what happens when you try the other options you were given in the link provided?

You can, but based on information you provided it sounds like you skipped that step by telling Support you didn't have access to the email.

Try telling them you do have access to that email and follow the instructions provided on the help page.

You don't need your phone, you can recover your SteamGuard with your phone number. Put your sim in a different phone.
