The games I added to my library are not showing up
Games I Added to My Library Appear As Added But Not In My Library What should I do?

How did you add them from where?
If downloaded whats the default directory?
Check the storrage manager
steam>settings>storage, You should see all your installed game here

I don't have a computer at the moment, I bought it on my phone and the strange thing is that the games I added are not visible. So now the game I added to my library says it is in the library but it is not in the library.

They are in your library because you have the licence on a per game basis for them, BUT you need a PC to download, install and play them. Refund them.
