Steam is running but not opening please help I need ace attorney aiuciuebfonaw

Using windows 11 laptop. Don't know the specs but its good enough to play steam games mostly smoothly. I've tried the basics like running as admin, clearing cache, ending task tree, etc. I've even uninstalled and re-installed multiple times but the display just won't come up. I have no idea what to do and I need Silksong right now someone pleease help mee

Is it possibly just opening off screen? If you ALT+TAB or WIN+TAB while it's running, can you see its window among those opened? If so, you just need to move it back to your current screen. ALT+SPACE to bring up the window menu, choose MOVE, and then use the keyboard arrows to move it.

OP is using Steam browser.

open the task manager check if Steam web help and Steam is running just stop both.
