Limited Account
So, I've spent 20 euros on silksong less than two weeks ago, yet I've been told my account is limited, so um, help?

In terms of your Steam account, it is not Limited. You can see this for yourself by viewing your profile link with ?xml=1 at the end of it and seeing the 0 in this tag:
<isLimitedAccount>0</isLimitedAccount>
