Purchasing Games and Time Limit On Refund?
I was wondering if there is a time limit on a game to refund it?

I just purchased Final Fantasy 13-2. Say I install it but don't play for until 5-6 weeks later or 10 weeks later and only played 1-2 hours. dCan I still refund it? My main question is a time limit on refunds or is it just on how long I have played a game for?

Thanks

The refund policy is within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours.

yes there it is, I think when 7 days is passed and if you have a 2hrs playtime you can't refund the game

Thanks. That's crazy. 2 weeks. I can download it (27gb) but getting around to playing it, I guess I can fit in time. Guess if i dont like it I can refund. I thought it was 2-3 hours?

Remember that refunds are essentially a safeguard in case games don't work as expected, not a satisfaction guaranteed way to demo games. Yes, you can return games within the limits for any reason, but the main use is as way to avoid haveing an unplayable game.
So if the game is unplayable I can refund? I saw in the forums many saying they can't play the game doesnt work and you need a 4gb patch and some said it doesnt work even with it.
So if the game doesnt work I can refund then and get my $1.58 back

Within the refund limits. They do make exceptions especially for technical issues, but you nshould stay close to the limits (a few days or a little more than 2 hours) and you nedd to do a manual request (game, support, I still have a question...). What I meant to say, you should be able to find out about technical issues within the 14days/2hours limit, there is no need to play extensively.

Developers need to be paid within a reasonable timescale. They don't want to be waiting an extra 2-4 weeks on revenue that may not be paid out due to refunds.
