Whenever I open up my downloaded files(for my profile picture)and click on the selected one it doesn't do anything.Is there something wrong with my computer?

Once you reach level 10 you can just add the "artwork showcase" and upload the pictures you want through any games artwork hub. There will be an "upload to profile" button.
note they image must be less than 5 megs, 184 x 184 pixels
