How do I recover files?

I accidentally deleted the video (clips) I recorded with the steam recording function, is there any way I can recover it?

Did they go into the bin?
Maybe the undo delete if you r/click an empty space where they were.

Steam background recordings are typically saved in your Steam userdata folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<your_steam_id>\gamerecordings.
You can also find the exact folder by going to Steam > Settings > Game Recording and checking the listed default folder path.
Recordings are stored in an unplayable format like .m4s files and require the in-app editor to clip and export as .mp4.
