Stuck on "Loading User Data"
My Steam client refuses to open or takes up to an hour to reach the Library and it's usually stuck on the "Loading User Data" step.
This happens with both of my accounts.
I've already tried deleting htmlcache.
Any help?

Have you tried with -tcp launch parameter?

Not yet. Right now, my fix was fully reinstalling Steam. If it happens again, I'll give it a try.
