STEAM window won't stay in the same position after rebooting
First of all, STEAM's window is resized to the minimum and to the center-rigth side of the screen, "sticking the border to the side of the screen"

Normally when i change from my main monitor to my LG C3 OLED TV , before the change, i close STEAM to prevent any resolution and resize to happen

However, sometimes, wether STEAM is closed or not, when i go back to the app the app's window size is like 98% covering the screen. However, when resizing it down and to the center-right side, after rebooting the PC or STEAM, it'll stay at the bottom right corner of the screen no matter what

If i do a system restore via Macrium then it behaves back to normal until the next screw up

YES, i already tried people's "Delete the Package folder from the installation folder" but it DIDN'T worked

And STEAM is on Stable version, NO BETA. Any solution?
