Issue with adding funds to my account.
So as of now, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is on sale and I want to buy it. Earlier today I added funds to my account to buy but there is a difference between what I added to my account and the actual money I got to my account. Here is the receipt of the transaction that says that I have added 40 Euros to my account while my steam app says that I have added only 36 euros which isn't enough to buy Dragon Ball Sparking Zero.

I just want to get the game, man. Please, add the rest of money to my account.
