The only way to contact support is the ticket system..

Unless it's to do with billing or account issues, Support will not be able to help you. That's probably why the Support menus are redirecting you elsewhere.

If it's an issue that's not a Valve title, they will always direct you to the game devs or game hub.

I'm trying to recover an account for old school runescape, but I dont remember the username and no emails are associated with the osrs steam account.
Steam sends me to Jagex and they send me right back

Linking is always done on the other end. Contact Jagex support.

Have you tried looking here, they have links for account recovery ect.

I've remembered my old username and managed to unlink my old steam account and make a new one with my current email.
