if you need help with a game, post in that games forum. since the issue is the game crashing, double check your system specs vs what the game requirements are. if the computer you are using is meeting the requirements, you may want to think about refunding the game before you go too far over the refund requirements (less then 2 hours played and owned less then 2 weeks). remember, if the EXE is running, the game time is adding up. it does not matter if you are actually playing the game or not.

trying to troubleshoot a game to get it to run is not always a good idea since you will be adding time to the game and support cannot see what is going on in any game.
