System is AMD Ryzen 5 5600 ; Gigabyte Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU 12g Vram ; 16gig DDR4 RAM, and SSD - Oh I also tried it with a nVidia GE Force 5060 dual 8gig GDDR 7 vRam, same issues.

Issues are they simply do not run. TLOU just does not start at all, and S2 loads and crashes at the shaders requiring a full PC reboot, or if I bypass the shaders thing, I select load, new game and then get a black screen...I have left said black screen for well over an hour, twice!

I am running Windows 11, BUT it is the Tiny 11 version....I did read onlione that Tiny 11 can cause issue with gaming.
