I'm literally getting 2400 Mbps in speedtest and 0 bytes/s on Steam, sometimes 100 mbps and then drops to 0.

Tried my backup line and I get the same issue, then my friend is having the same exact issue.

Tried downloading a different game and I get 2 Gb/s, so it's apparently just the Borderlands 4 depot that's affected. Very unlucky since there's a 11 GB update.

It finally decided to go full speed, just updated it. Guess the depot was extremely overloaded.
