The customer service has not handled it for over 23 hours
I have two refund applications that have not been processed yet. What should I do?I'm a steamdeck player. After purchasing a game, I found that it couldn't be played normally on the steamdeck (although the steamdeck is marked as playable, there are actually problems with loading the game files). Therefore, I would like to ask the customer service for help to handle the refund. Thank you so much, kiss

Verified means it runs on Steam Deck.

Have you actually asked for a refund or just for tech help? If the latter be aware that if you go over 2 hours in attempting to get it to work you go past the refund window.

You can still ask for a refund manually, but the automated refund system will automatically reject the refund.
