Being refused a refund due to playing one of the 4 games I purchased.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 53 minutes of playtime
Kingdom Come: Deliverance - HD Sound Pack DLC
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Manor Lords 4 hours of playtime 2 of 11 achievements unlocked

I played KC deliverance 1 for 53 minutes, they refunded at my request
I played manor lords and do not want a refund, i want to keep the game.
I requested a refund for the 'UNPLAYED' KC deliverance 2 and i am being refused a refund because i played manor lords. The two games have nothing to do with the other. I'm still being refused a refund for the Deliverance II

did you make a ticket regarding the issue you're having?
Did you buy the bundle?

If so, you can't just refund one game, you would have to refund the entire bundle, so playtime for all three games will count.

The problem may be that the soundtrack is counted as immediately consumable DLC, which would make it non-refundable. After all it's literally non-DRM MP3's you can copy anywhere you want.

You could try a manual ticket but there's no guarantee they'll refund.

Refunds on Downloadable Content
(Steam store content usable within another game or software application, "DLC")

DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, Steam will be unable to give refunds for some third party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels up a game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as nonrefundable on the Store page prior to purchase.
