I need help.
I want to know if the achievements I got from a free game will have a permanent effect on my account i.e my game completion rate.
And is there any way to get rid of the game and achievements permanently.

You could try marking the desired game as private. Outside of that, no idea, sorry.

use SAM to eliminate them Be careful if you get the mania of setting achievements like crazy.
