It seems to happen at random as far as I can tell. Sometimes when I click on 2 or the arrow button to go from page 1 to 2 on any Steam forum, page 2 will only show forum posts that are days old or older.

A quick refresh can usually fix it, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has noticed anything like this happening.
