Steam stole €40 from my wallet.
I entered a new credit card and the system automatically deleted my Steam Wallet with €40, and on the new credit card it showed 0.

Likely returned funds to previous credit card.
Any purchases made Steam may eake wallet funds first.

No, they didn't.
There are about two options.

You (or someone with access to your account...) has used the wallet funds, which should show up in the purchase history.

Or you're on a different account.

They are acting completely stupid and refuse to look at where the 40 euros went. It was money returned for games.
By inserting a new card and removing the old one, this money was deleted from my account.

The truth is, I don't know the name of the company that would return it to my account.

I need that idiot at Steam to look up where they put the money when they deleted my card.
What kind of complete idiots are they?
This is acting for 10 sec. They need just look on last my credit card OMG.

But thx you for help.

The old one was deleted. I have a lot of activity on my account. So I have to search through it all manually.
It's completely abnormal that those idiots at Steam don't even know where they put my money and stupidly ask me where they put it. And they want screen print.
Well to be fair users do often jump to outrageous conclusions because they're missing some detail.

The money isn't stolen. When you look at the transactions for the old card, or look at your Steam transaction history you don't see anything relating to $40?
Of course! The mighty, gilded empire of Valve desperately lusts after your 40 euros. Tell me, do you actually believe that?
