Are you allowed to create an account using an VPN? If I live in Norway and use a VPN so it looks like my account is from Germany is that allowed or not? I understand it could be used wrongly by using a vpn to get discounted items but if I purely does it cause I want it to look like I’m from Germany and have euro as the currency is that allowed?
