Not able to gift my friend games.
So Arma 3 is on discount. I decided to put some money into steam wallet and bought the game. My friend too wanted the game so I decided to gift it to him since it's festival season in India. But whenever I try to make purchase it's saying error and to wait. I waited for 2hrs yet still not able to purchase. Arma 3 is my first purchase. I have also bought Hitman 3. However my account is atleast 3-4 years old.

Where you using the website, dedktop client or mobile app? Did you try the others?

Wallet may not work for gifting during sales use credit card and or Pay Pal

Tried everywhere. Tried desktop client, mobile app and the web browser.
