HAGS Missing in Display
Hello.I want to enable Hardware Acceleration GPU Scheduling but it doesn't appear when I go to Display in the Windows Settings.
Specs:
Windows 11 24H2 with the latest updates
32GB DDR4 3000MHz XMP On
Ryzen 7 3700X
RX 5700XT with the latest drivers
Nothing is overclocked or undervolted. On my newest PC with a 7900XTX it appears and I have the same Windows and drivers. It also appears on my laptop with an RTX 3060 Laptop GPU.Is there a fix to make HAGS appear in the Display menu?I tried using Windows Registry Editor to enable it but it doesn't appear there neither.

A requirement for "Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling" is that the graphics card and driver support WDDM 2.7. Unfortunately this is not the case for the RX 5700XT. As you've discovered, only AMD 7000 series and later cards meet the requirement.

Interesting.Google says it supports it,also my game was crashing in AC Shadows which has the 5700XT as minimum GPU Requirement and one of the Developers told me to turn HAGS On and ReBar on.ReBar was no issue, thing is on 7900XTX even with HAGS and without HAGS the game was not crashing.

Type Win-R key and then type dxdiag and the Enter key. Now click the "Display" tab. What does it say is the "Driver Model" in the "Drivers" box?

I enabled hags from the Windows Registry Editor but it still doesn’t appears when I go to display.I leave it like this. There is no chance I go back to such an old driver since I still play games sometimes on my old PC.Thanks for the info tho.
