Waiting on a response from the Repair Center
I recently sent in my Steam Deck to have the Left Bumper replaced after it stopped working. The last correspondence i got in regards to it was “Our repair center will begin evaluating your device for repair shortly. You will be contacted directly by them with details of next steps.
If you have any questions, please contact us.“ That was on September 13th, and the original ticket seems to have auto-closed. What do i do now? How long does this stuff usually take? None of the options for opening tickets match my need to open a continuation ticket.

1-2 weeks is not uncommon. Especially when weekends don't count.

Funnily enough, i actually happened to receive the invoice for the repairs today.
6 days is pretty good, all things considered.
