Steam update speeds start fast and quickly deteriorate.
I can go from 450-550 MBPS down to 40 or less in a matter of minutes, and only pausing and resuming the install/update works to fix this. Once it goes down, it generally stays low until I intervene again. Anyone else having similar issues?
