Can't purchase Steamdeck
I've tried to purchase the steamdeck, but it keeps saying "An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please wait a few minutes and try again.
If you encounter this error repeatedly, please contact Steam Support."

I've contacted my credit card company and they said it's on steams end because they see no evidence of any purchase coming through. All my info is correct, I checked a million times. What else can I do?

It won't let me contact them, I click on the order that didn't go through and there's no one to contact. How do I contact them directly?

I go through the entire help screen and nothing happens. It won't let me send a message or anything. My credit card is not getting any evidence of a purchase happening whatsoever

The failed purchase should have some path to opening a ticket. If not, or you can't find it, go to Support > My Account > Date related to your Steam account > scroll all the way to the bottom and select the last option to Contact Support which will allow you to create a generic ticket.
