Account Stolen Can Anyone Help?
I have 2 accounts attached to my email. My account and this one, my daughters account. My account was hacked and the email was changed. I submitted a ticket through Steam. I was specific which account was hacked and stolen, Steam reset my daughters account. No problem, I will submit a new ticket much more detailed to resolve this issue. The system will not let me, it tells me I have an open ticket. So now I cannot contact Steam at all. I have well over 10k in games on that account and I want to get it back. What do I do?

Follow this guide and do the process in a browser when signed out

Hopefully you'll be able to recover by account name.

I tried all this already. I cannot submit a ticked because it says one is still open because for whatever reason the first one was never closed and did not resolve my issue.

I never received an email saying my password was changed. Anytime I attempt to recover I am told to contact Steam support. I cannot contact Steam support because it says I have an open ticket due to my first attempt to recover that ended in my daughters account being reset.

Create entirely new account solely for recovery, on any other email and repeat that procedure. Only add an info that on original email you've 2 accounts - yours (put original account name) and your daughters (also put account name).

Or try to update the ticket in question.
