My controller that I'm using is recognized as two separate controllers on Steam. The first controller is the xinput drivers themselves. The second controller is the extra functionality of the controller outside the scope of xinput itself.

Is there any way that I can get the former to recognize as player 1 with all games launched through Steam, and the latter as player 2? The opposite is true currently, and some games (which only allow inputs from player 1) are not functional with this controller as a result.
