STEAM SUPPORT PLEASE RESPOND!
I have made 5+ tickets covering the same issue and they keep getting closed IMMEDIATELY after receiving the email from steam confirming they received my ticket. I create a ticket, it gets closed instantly after being created, no response from steam at all. I make a ticket asking why it was closed instantly, that ticket gets closed instantly. I don't understand what's going on.

Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change passwords from a clean computer
Generate new backup codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey
Stop using shady third party trade sites or clicking suspicious links.

Do each of the steps.

What you're describing is a common symptom of a compromised account. They do this so you can't contact support about the compromised account.

Secure your account, then try opening the tickets.

good idea Teksura, maybe this is a hijacking issue or refund issue, such cases do get closed for user dont read refund rules or account security issue that users somehow ignore email from steam.

Check email spam folder even, if you have been contacted and did not react on it, then you will get reply like this.

ps.
you give no info with why, also raise a issue here, as steam user we are not mind reader. and this is not support.

I have webroot antivirus, works wonders, have 2FA enabled, can't access my steam without me opening it on my phone to accept the login.

Feel like my post is straight forward. Why is context needed? I'm not new to steam here

Despite what you have in place, when your tickets are being insta-closed it's a sign that your account is compromised. It's a tactic to prevent you from contacting Support for help.

Follow the steps as outlined above. It's not going to hurt to take a few minutes just to re-secure the account. Once done, open a new ticket for your issue.

I understand but I get emails when even I log into my account on my phone, since I use Private Browsing, it doesnt save my password so I have to log in everytime and i get an email everytime. I have already scanned viruses, unauthorized all devices, disables mobile authenticater, changed my email password, changed my steam password, re-enabled mobile authenticater, etc. Done it all, its like a timer. Every ticket I made gets closed exactly 9 minutes after it has been opened.

Do all the steps in post #3 then resubmit the refund request because others have being given the same advice and were able to get the refund request submitted.

DO STEPS IN POST #3 ASAP DO NOT WAIT, SOMEONE ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Support ALWAYS reply before closing, unless they STATE themselves clearly they no longer help you, which I don't think that be the case at all, so do steps in post #3.

Instead of describing to us the obvious symptoms of a compromised account, you should follow the instructions you were given and secure the account. All of those instructions. Not just the ones you feel like doing. All of them. Once you have secured the account and revoked the access from whoever has access to your account, they will stop closing your tickets.

Because there is only one way that tickets get closed without a response from Support, and that is if the user closes the ticket. If you're not the one closing it, then it can only be someone else with access to your account.

Now you can sit here arguing about why you don't want to go through basic steps to resolve your problem and are fine with the problem persisting, or you can resolve your problem. It will take you literally less time than it took you to write the replies you've already written.

If you didn't get an initial response then your account is compromised and you need to do ALL the steps provided above. Once done, submit a new ticket and it will stick.
