Dear Support Team,

My trade shows as accepted on my side, but as declined on the other party’s side. The Kukri leg item is missing — it’s not in either of our inventories.

It’s been 10 days with no response or explanation. Please look into this urgently and provide an update before closing the ticket again.

Make sure emails from support@steampowered.com and noreply@steampowered.com aren't going to your spam or junk folder. You might've missed it.

writing here won`t help bro, steam support don`t read forums, better chance to get help is from support ticket

Sounds like you got api scammed. The hijacker has accces to your account and closes tickets as you make them

Your account is compromised.

Secure your account:

1. Scan for malware
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (the domain field should be blank)
