I purchased an ea play subscription but where is it?
I purchased an EA Play subscription and the payment has been taken from my card but I still dont have access to the subscripton what should I do?

You need an EA account to link to Steam and have the EA APP installed too since all their games need it, even if you buy them on Steam or have the subscription.
So make an EA account, install their APP, link it to Steam , then restart Steam and now you should have access to the games included in the subscription and be able to download them.

Doesn't it tell users this BEFORE they purchase EA Play? If I remember correctly, it does. :chirp:

I think so but a lot of users dont read the popups or subscriber terms.

I did them but there is a another problem that the button of link didnt work althought I click it for several times
