For context, I have a PC for home use, and a laptop for travel use. I have issues when trying to launch games from my laptop, specifically Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. The launchers open as normal, and always do the checks for graphical settings. They select high quality. When I press play, however, the launchers close and re-open themselves, repeating exactly what happens when I open them. Both of my devices use the same accounts for Windows, if that helps.
