My desktop had somehow been infected with a virus and it was taken control of by hackers and used to purchase things on multiple platforms steam being one of them, while I have had success explaining and correcting the issue on most of my payment accounts and sites where purchases where made. I cant get steam support to understand what im saying and help me refund the charge. The hackers used part of the funds to purchase a game for a random user by the name of "Birthday" whom I have never spoken with or interacted with and im pretty sure doesnt even speak the same language as me so steam refuses to refund anything unless the user refunds the game. But like obviously they arent going to and even if they'd be willing I have no way to contact them to ask since they blocked be after receiving the title. How steam cannot see how absolutely fishy all of it is and help me idk but I dont know what to do and maybe yall can help
