KINGUIN.NET SCAM EXPOSED! $25 Gift Card Ripoff (Honest Review)
I ordered a $25 gift card from Kinguin.net on 23/10/2025.
The code didn’t work, I opened a ticket, escalated the case, and even tried their live chat - but no real support.
They only replied to me after I left a negative review on Trustpilot.

It has now been days and still no refund, no solution. This video shows my real experience and why I believe Kinguin.net is a scam.

⚠️ Warning: If you are thinking about buying from Kinguin, please watch this before you waste your money.

We're already aware.

If you bought it with a credit card or PayPal, contact your credit card company or PayPal to issue a chargeback.
A very, very long time ago I got one of those Gift cards as well, it was 20 or 25 Euro, after redeeming it I discovered that it was some foreign currency that was only worth 5 Euro.
I only blame myself, because using those sites are at your own risk.

OP tried to buy something from a website that is known for scams/fraud and then comes here to complain about getting scammed? No sympathy for you lol.
Why would you buy a gift card from a site like that? That's like looking for an Armani sweatshirt on eBay.

I wonder if the user is unaware of their account possibly being hijacked. From the video, they make a comment to the site support that the key worked temporarily but shortly after their wallet balance went to zero. That to me sounds like the code was valid but someone else on the account spent it on something.

Considering they posted this twice from different accounts, they make no effort to hide their account or email information in the email, bought a key that was named from scam skin site, it's not much of stretch to think they are just ignorant about account security overall.

They even refer to being scammed once before on their main a while back:

Not sure if it's smart to show everyone your full name and email adress.
Like with many resellers that have third-party sellers on their platform, Kinguin often doesn't directly offer the things that can be bought. That means that there are third-parties involved offering the stuff and Kinguin doesn't know if a offer is 100% legit or not.

Sadly they will only find out when a customer is being scammed or in another way harmed.

I bought a few keys so far there and never had an issue.

Problem might be, that the third-party seller needs to be involved there to solve the issue and depending on when that third-party is available, it takes some time to be resolved.

Just be patient, Kinguin doesn't magically have a replacement for you, as they probably have to work it out first with the third-party.
