i canceled my steam wallet top-up transaction and the bank has already deducted the money, but i haven't received the refund yet. will i lose the money i deposited ?

No, you won’t lose the money. If the Steam wallet top-up was canceled but your bank shows the money was deducted, it’s likely the funds are just on hold and will be released back to your account within a few business days. If the refund doesn’t show up after that, contact Steam Support through help.steampowered.com and your bank to follow up
