Help please !!!!!

I can't access my invernory or my market since months!! I don't have VPN or Extensions on google , and my account is only on my PC and my phone

every time i try to open my market or inventory it shows me this

I barely open steam! And for god sake now I can’t use it! People says wait couple days and i been waiting for weeks for nothing! It is steam problem and they have to fix it
