I can't use the Steam market or my inventory
I don't know why but I can't buy or sell things of my inventory, I didn't change my name or pp recently and I didn't even use Steam for a month or so. Can someone help pls?

Yes, thats what they say: The marketplace is unavailable for the following reasons:
You must have made a valid Steam purchase that is between 7 days and one year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes.
I've obviously purchased something between that range so I don't really understand

when was your last purchase? you have to make a purchase from the store at least once a year to keep market access. if more then a year passes since your last purchase, you will have to wait 7 days after making another purchase from the store.
