Fresh windows install stuck on 'Loading User Data'

I am genuinely at wit's end here. I've followed everything in the linked thread. I REINSTALLED WINDOWS and it STILL gets stuck on "Loading User Data." I can access my account just fine on my laptop, but not my main PC.

What on earth am I missing here!?

How long are you waiting?

IIRC, that first login can take extraordinarily long for whatever reason.

Its trying to activate Windows on your machine.
If this is the same computer then it will suddenly wake up and let you in once it finishes.
Perhaps the activation server is down(something Win10 never saw coming).

10+ minutes so far, guess I just gotta be patient lol.
