Contact support for missing game.
I am missing a game in my library. I have spent about an hour trying to find a way to contact support and get the game put back in my library. How can I contact Steam support?

To contact steam support about a missing game, go to help.steampowered.com, log in, choose games, software, etc., then select your game or click “I can’t find my game,” and follow the instructions to submit a request.

You go to the Support pages and enter the game's name in the search. Then click on it in the results and you should find some links, one of which will be about how the game is not in your library.
