Hello everyone.

Long story short;

People sending me (mostly via discord) their steam ID link. (" https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/profiles/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/ ").

But I wasnt able to find a way on steam yet to copy their link and add it somewhere on steam.

All I can do with this link is open it in a external browser, log into steam and add the person.

Or I need to tell the person to send me the friend code, but I cant use the profile link in steam itself.

Didnt steam used to have an own browser? How do I open it so I can copy past the link in there?


The reason why I am asking is because I dont like to log into steam via my browser (I am lazy, I always forget my password, and people always send their steamprofile link instead of a friend code)
