How to make a guide that's not tied to a game?
I want to make a Steam guide that's just for like Steam in general rather than a specific game, like those guides that showcase a bunch of Steam badges.

I want to make a guide where I just share custom Steam library artwork I use for games that don't have proper library art.

To make a Steam guide not tied to a game, pick a clear Steam wide topic like custom library artwork or badges, write an introduction explaining why you are doing this, show your artwork or tips in sections, add images for each game, use descriptive captions, make it easy to follow, share links if needed, and update the guide regularly

No way to create a guide without using the direct link above.

You can go to a Guide section in any hub, control click or middle mouse click the create guide link to have it open in a new window with an editable URL address bar where you can replace the games appID with Steam's, 753.
