Game Trading Coming?
Did I hear this right? I caught something the other day about how Steam will soon offer you the opportunity to trade games without triggering the copyright laws.

Is this really coming?

I haven't been able to find anything about it.

What I heard was that you will gift your old unwanted game to another steamer who will do the same. So the trick is to sift through the games offered list and connect with someone who will want to exchange gifts with you.

Trading games has nothing to do with copyright laws. Sounds like you listened to a YTber or TikToker needing that ad revenue.
